Date: 10/19/2012 9:40:10 PM ( 12 y ) ... viewed 21977 times Hello to you reading this. Well, another year has flown by. I'm still 'working it' very hard. I can see that its going to be a while. My health is improving. Still have a pain on my left side below rib cage. Perhaps enlarged liver?
Well, Sept I started doing organic coffee enemas daily. Its been a month. Again - junk coming out. (I do a batch and refrigerate a few days supply.) Not getting any younger. BUT I've come to realize -- GET OLDER AND A LITTLE BETTER -- or SUFFER TO DEATH. Don't like the last option.
Being one of those beautiful healthy older ladies --- is still a dream. I always talk to these ladies at the local Health Food Store. But seems they've been doing it for 15 - 20 years. Hmmm.
Still trying to 'up my game' all the time. I DO FEEL BETTER than I was. The crazy emotions of depression are gone (that's a good thing!- ask my husband)- except for the sad reality of lost and wasted years.
Giving up -- is not an option. Suffering to death-- is not an option.
