Day 1
Juicing my way to healthy eating again.
Date: 8/14/2012 2:44:13 PM ( 12 y ) ... viewed 21360 times I've been doing so great with eating that I didn't have to fast for weight loss anymore like I used to. I got down to 125 with eating very healthy, similar to paleo diet. For some reason though I've been eating so much junk for the past month and can't stop, so I decided to fast to get myself on the good path again :)
I start full time school in 2 weeks, so I'm probably going to fast for 2 weeks. If I can go that far! Right now my goal is to get through 3 days. I'm on day 1 and I've walked for 1.5 hours and made green juice - romaine, kale, broccoli, apple, lemon and strawberries. Will make carrot/grapefruit juice next. I plan on drinking 2 big juices and if I'm really hungry, then 3 juices.
I'm feeling really good, no cravings, not hungry, this kind of start never happens. I usually don't go even half a day fasting because i can't take it! Today is more than easy and I'm surprised, but not questioning it!
