Hey girl, you're doing great. Is the time flying for you too? This has been such a wonderful fast this time, it's awesome. You have a good weight loss going there too! I may try that oil thing although it does sound a bit gross. I'm not sure I could stand to have oil in my mouth like that. Maybe we'll see about it. I'm the odd one in my family too. They don't pay too much attention to the "wierd" stuff I do unless I get too thin or they think something is harmful. They never know what I'm doing! I know they think I'm strange!
