Congrats on day 3! You're almost past the dreaded first five days! It sounds like its going well though. Hey, I was going to ask you, what is an "oil pull"? I've done a lot of fasts and never heard of that unless I call it something else? Are your enemas doing any good? My supplements will be here Wed but I always hear of people doing those and having good results with them so might try that at some point. Day 9 is tomorrow and I don't feel even remotely close to quitting. I'm not sure how long I'll go- I guess until I freak my family out and they think there's something wrong with me! That seems to be the case but really I feel so much better when I don't eat- the empty stomach and flat feeling is so much better! Good luck tomorrow, you're awesome, you can do it.
