Day 12 (my last day, half to break fast today)

Day 12, fast broken today

Well I am on antibiotics now for an infection and they have made me incrdibly sick because Im not eating. Today my tongue is red with no white evident at all. And hunger pains have returned. My stomach is growling. So perhaps this time my fast is over. They always tell you when your hunger returns that you should eat. I am also so sick that I have not been able to get out of bed today at all accept to have a shower. So I have broken the fast by drinking juice and having half an apple. The apple did not go down well at all but its the only raw food I have in the house. I wasnt expecting to break it this quick. I suppose I should have been ready though.

So today I weigh 243
total weight loss in 12 days 22 pounds

Not as great as I thought but pretty good. I will start this again in Sept when I do a 30 day fast.
I dont get why if fasts are supposed to cleanse you that I am so sick with this infection though, but there you go.
