End the US Federal Reserve? Great idea!!!
End the Federal Reserve, bill in the works;
We do not want to be governed, only served by those who represent us.

here are my thoughts on it [I like the idea] -
The Federal Reserve has become an instrument of all-powerfull goverment, and we never asked for that.
We need to have our views REPRESENTED, we never asked to be "governed"
We surely do not want to BE GOVERNED, do we? Are we so inept that we need that help? No.
"Being governed" sounds a little like slavery, I prefer FREEDOM, as in "don't tell me what to do".
What is the point of consciousness if we are not free?
"Governing" is wrong, but "representing the people" and "organising for the common good" of the people, is what is needed. The only reason for having a "government" is to help the people by arranging to provide essential services, infrastructure, etc..
We surely do not want to BE GOVERNED, do we? I do not.
It would be too difficult to arrange to get teachers for my kids by myself, so we benefit by having an organising body to help arrange that, for everyone's kids.
If we are civilised, we would be making sure the everybody who wants to learn more
[i.e. University] gets to do that. Instead, these guys get in the way by raising the fees and by insisting that only corporate stuff is taught.
Energy needs are diffuclt to do by ourselves, etc etc.
Phones and internet, transporatation, same thing.
Food shelter and clothing are basic human needs, maybe even human rights...
Too much of our hard earned money is flowing to the upper crust, those who are allready wealthy, "government" has arranged to do that.
