Yippee! Day 10! Seems like it went by fairly quickly. Day 9 had alot of anger and frustration come up. I felt really agitated and didn't want to do much of anything. It's one of my busier days at work as well. But I got through it and kept drinking my juice. Today, day 10, was pretty good. Felt quite clear headed, went to restorative yoga which was wonderful, and restocked the fridge with more fruits and loads of greens. I can smell everything so clearly. One of my coworkers was eating a warm wrap for lunch today and it smelled sooooo good... but I didn't really feel any hunger, just mental cravings for taste and texture. I once again reminded myself that this is temporary, part of the journey to better health and well being, giving my digestive system a break as it works so hard for me the rest of the time, and that I will, in the not so far off future, eat again! So day 10 feels like a milestone. Part way through. One of my coworkers told me my eyes look clearer and I've gotten a few compliments about how I look like i've lost weight. I definitely have as some of my clothes are feeling looser, and overall I feel more 'light'. Round two! Happy Juicing!
