Day 5 & 6

Day 5 and 6 of juice feast

Last few days I've had no detox symptoms, although my energy level has been slightly low. Generally I feel pretty good. Still not able to drink the 4 litres of juice which is maybe why I feel a bit hungry at times. It's not easy to drink so much! That's alot of juicing as well. I try to drink it as fresh as possible but when I have to work I am taking mason jars full of juice with me for the day. Yesterday I had a great shiatsu massage. Lots of deep pressure so I felt a bit beat up afterwards and skipped yoga. I am hoping to get to a class tomorrow evening and then try to get back to a regular schedule. We'll see how the hot yoga goes. Hoping my energy levels start to go up. Today at work I felt quite exhausted first thing in the morning but once I got going it was ok. Coconut water is my saviour! Great for rehydration and tastes so yummy... So day 6 is over. Sometimes 40 days seems a long way off so I am making a goal in my mind of 30 days which doesn't seem so bad. Then when I get to 30, 10 more days will seem like nothing! Mind tricks! Ha.
