I never shifted those extra ten pounds I put up.. So that's why I'm back.
I do kind of feel like crying at the thought of the challenge ahead - but that's just probably all the oestrogen floating around inside me now! At least, that's what my naturopath would say!
However sad and weak I feel now, I KNOW that those feelings disappear after the first initial few days of detoxing. I know that by, say, Monday, I'll be feeling on top of the world. So they're the thoughts I'm reaching for.
Tonight I'm taking some epsom salts. I'm fasting tomorrow, then doing a liver cleanse tomorrow night.
After that, it's plain protein, rocking the ketosis strips, and bikram yoga. I'm on holidays from college now, so I have all the time in the world. I'll be traveling abroad from mid-August, so it leaves me... six weeks and three days from today. That looks good. In three days I'll be in ketosis, so, then almost six weeks of that. Before I go I'm gonna have to ease into a normal mixed diet again, and ease off the coffee enemas I'll be doing. That will take.. maybe a week? Two weeks? I'll see nearer the time.
I'm hoping to document those next six weeks online, here. Sometimes I wonder what the point is, writing here, but reading back over my entries from last year, or whenever they were, gives me strength and courage.
God Bless you All.
