Had two cups of tea & one is just about the right temp for me to drink it!

I'm going to drink water & tea on this fast.

It is going to last 14 maybe 20 days!

I hope I'll be able to make some time to meditate each day, I looooove it!    I might do a tiny amount of yoga too.

I might also give some experience with other fasts, diets etc that I tried, maybe it would help anybody or even myself to determine where I went wrong or where I had to push harder & maybe learn a thing or two...

I do not take supplements because I don't think it's a good idea during such a fast, but I'm obviously only speaking for me because I never needed any & think I'm full of good nutrients already ;-)

Ok so tip  (just for myself because  at the beginning of a fast I tend to forget all that ^^°

 1.DO NOT tell about your fast to people you KNOW will try to talk you out of it. It's a shame but some do not believe it can be beneficial to ones health.

       2. Don't overdo exercise while further on the fast because it will be very hard & not so beneficial to your situation

3. Meditate...

4. Don't weigh yourself every single day, it's deceiving, because you cannot tell beforehand how & howmuch you are going to lose.

5. Trying to repeat a fast several times just because you can't jump into one is negative. It means your motivations aren't enough or good.

I'm revising for exams right now & never have felt a problem with studying, in fact I find it easier to not be bothered by food while doing it & I think my concentration is better.  But if I want to fast before revision times I ABSOLUTELY PLAN AHEAD if I want to fast. Because the first days on a fast I tend to have a very blurry mind!

Ok so I'll stop here. See you tomorrow! I like this idea of tracking my emotions & telling how I feel because on a fast you cannot tell people near you (if they don't accept fasting) what you go trough or how you feel. So I'm venting & it feels good.

Oh and my weight today is 68.2kg  I would like it to be near the 60's    ;-)  But I don't consider myself as 'big' at all, because I am not ut sometimes on pictures I do, so it was about time to find my original 'healthy' weight back.
