WATER FAST 1/2 last day MC

first half day on water

Sooo it's a bit early to post but if anyone reads this and did not understand why I'm on some other plan than the MC, well they could read here that I change from MC to WF from now on.

Don't know how long, I'm curios about the outcome.

Also note that I did not eat on the MC, I felt super fine & am ready to go on this WF journey.
