Hello everyone! It's day 3!!! I weigh myself this one time to be able to compare the difference at the end of this journey & I'm 66kg.

I started to day fresh & had lot's of energy. I need it ^^ I find myself really wanting to go do soprts of all kind or just running I love running.

But I'll have to take it easy (did not do the yoga after all yesterday) & I'll see how today goes.
