Day 11: Not losing weight lol

Day 11 of water fast.

Day 11 - Feb 23, 2011

So it seems that the past two days my weight has stayed around 110 pounds and not lower. Maybe it is my boxers, maybe because I drank more water, maybe I am being fed in my sleep. Whatever it is, this gives me more time to fast without worrying about running out of weight.

Before anything, I want to write about something ****ing scary last night. I was ready to sleep listening to music when all of a sudden I kept feeling pressure on my bed. At first, I thought it was my cat but when I looked I didn't see him there. Moments later it happened again and my cat was still no where to be seen. I pulled my legs towards my chest and I felt the movement come up closer towards me. I stayed still for a minute and it was still happening. I was freaking out. I closed my eyes and I imagined a creepy ass girl there and I turned my TV on and went to sleep around 3.

I woke up at 12:20pm with a pimple on my left side cheek towards my nose. It sucked but I think it is completely normal to purge out some of the crap in my body. I also noticed that my pores were getting smaller which seemed like a good sign since I have always had enlarged pours (at least since the last few years of face acne).

My body overall has seemed unchanged this past few days, I can still make a stomach/skin roll when I sit and the love handle is still there. When I flex, I am still have my muscle and it doesn't seemed to be diminished. It's still day 11 but I think I am making good progress.

I don't think I have mentioned this, but when I wake up, I have bad mucous/phlegm in my throat. I've had this since before the fast, but only by a few days. In the past, I would just brush my tongue deep and that help solve this issue, but it is always there now. I think most of it is coming from my nose.
