Hi fizz

I am the same guy who posted the question of the water fast forum. I am vegan because I noticed dairy was doing horrible things to my skin plus imbalance of my hormone. My mother who is a nurse has been saying for years that I have thyroid problems but tests always came out negative. It didn't help I was using table salt either...little did I know.

But from all this I've learned good things always come from bad things. I've become humbled from my downsides and I am learning more everyday to improve my health.
