Your Message of Love and Gratitude Into Water
Caring for our home, Mother Earth through water.

Through the Water, send a message of love and gratitude to the Earth, and to all water of the Earth that has been affected and contaminated. Send your love to the Water and to Mother Earth.
This strong love of Spirit that you will put into the Water will give strength to Mother Earth.
Go to your nearest body of Water – a creek, a stream, a river, a waterfall, lake or ocean, and pour your Water that you have blessed with your prayer of gratitude. It will be your spirit of love to the Earth that offers our best chance of survival. "

The very next day after I posted this I was at a transit terminal waiting for my next connection and I remembered this "treatment" and I thought what we can do with water we can do with air as well. The power of our word in blessing/s and in gratitude can be delivered to the air, the wind the sky! And in that moment I gave thanks to the air and that felt good! I have also made it a regular part of my life to give thanks to water every time I fill a bottle from my five gallon water bottle container. At the same time That I am thanking water I often think of the water that is already in circulation within my body. It feels good!
