Day 2 is over. I feel less hungry and my energy level is fine. One of the reasons why I could not keep up with my previous fasts is because I get very weak and sleepy and am not able to work as efficient as I should be. My brain kind of shuts down :) Hopefully this time it will be better, as the tax season is fast approaching :))
Today, I had again the juice of two grapefruits and a mini watermelon. I have the very bad habit of not drinking water, not at all, and this is why I pick more juicy fruits :)
One of my New Year resolutions is to start exercising. For some reason I hate going to the gym. My last year's 5 visits to the gym cost me more than a Cuba vacation :) I love outdoors, but need a buddy :). So my plan is after day 15 or 20 to start going three times per week to the gym :(. I say after 15th day as I am now feeling very fat...too fat to exercise :)
I am going to weight myself every 5 days.
