With juice fasting, you can drink as much as you want. So these next few days are critical. Make sure they are fresh juices that you make! Otherwise the pasturized juices you buy will have no live enzymes and you will not be successful. Read "Toxic Relief". It explains everything in there.
It takes about 5 days for me for my digestive system to shut down and the hunger pangs to stop. So every time you get hungry, juice! I make about 2-3 juices for myself before I go to work: breakfast, late morning, and early afternoon. I also bring some kaboocha teas for those random hunger pangs. Then I make some more when I get home. Your body still needs the nutrients from the fruits/veggies.
This doesn't have to seem like a punishment. This is a wonderful experience.
A good, hearty juice to help you through the day is:
2-3 oranges
1/4 pineapple
1 sweet potato.
I know, I know. Sweet potato? All my friends turned their noses up to it until they tried it. Now they beg me to make it. Do you remember those orange push-pops we used to get from ice cream trucks? It tastes just like that one!
You can expect to spend ~$150/week to get enough juices. But the amount of money you will safe in health care bills totally negate that cost.
