New Diet Regime
Date: 12/8/2010 1:01:02 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 43561 times Soo , I Gave Up With Water Fasting , i wasnt really loosing a lot of weight and i was also having a lack in energy and focus , which was bad as i had schhol :/
However i dont intend on giing up , oh no ! lol , basically iam going to mix and match lots of diferrent diets and i hope to lose weight :)
& By The Way I Really wanna get to 10stone by 1st jan !
Heres what iam going to do :
9th dec:500 calorie diet < go running in the morning
10th dec:400 calorie
11 dec:100 calorie < only fruits & do some exercise
12 dec:water fast
13 dec:snickers diet ( i eat only 2 bars for the whole day )
14th dec: take 5 bite of anything in breakfast and take 5 bite of anything at lunch !
the rest i willl decide later ! Bye Bye , i will tell you my weight tomorrow & everything else !
