New Diet Regime
Soo , I Gave Up With Water Fasting , i wasnt really loosing a lot of weight and i was also having a lack in energy and focus , which was bad as i had schhol :/
However i dont intend on giing up , oh no ! lol , basically iam going to mix and match lots of diferrent diets and i hope to lose weight :)
& By The Way I Really wanna get to 10stone by 1st jan !

First Day Of Water Fast :)
Okay,so yes Iam back and this time iam really really going to stick to this water fast ! I have to since christmas is on its way and iam no way near my goal weight !
I havent lost/gained any weight since my last post !
So am going to make sure this time i update daily :) ! Im really buzzing because this time i have researched a lot ! and i cant weight for the weight to fall off !
And Yeah Today is my first day , its going pretty well however i do have the occasional headache and i had to rest and also a lot of hunger pains which i got rid of by squeezing my body into a ball (sorry if ia ... read more The night before the big fast :) 13 y

Hey ....so I’m not really going to go In detail about why iam here , as it is a bit self explanitaory!
So I’m just quickly going to summarise it by saying that I have had a LOT of failed attempts fast , and this time its going to be different
Because I believe that by blogging everyday it will boost my will power and also I will have some great supports willing to lend a hand ! :)
