The night before the big fast :)
My journey Begins Tomorrow!!! :) I'm Excited !!

So I'm just quickly going to summarise it by saying that I have had a LOT of failed attempts fast , and this time its going to be different
Because I believe that by blogging everyday it will boost my will power and also I will have some great supports willing to lend a hand ! :)
I'm very tired rigght , but eager and optimistic about tomorrow :)
Iam going to make sure I recorde any side effects / weightloss /progess or any cheats !
I will be 100% honest :) ! Iam also going to make blogging a daily thing !
I hope that for whoever is reading that if they have gone through water fast , and there's any tips they can give me to send me an email as that will be tremendous help!

ich is why I'm so roring to do a water fast ! My ultimate Goal is to lose 5o pounds!
But I could do with 35 pounds which I'm hoping to lose or more !!
