new start ! day 1/10 water fast
First Day Of Water Fast :)
Date: 12/5/2010 6:57:16 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 30062 times Okay,so yes Iam back and this time iam really really going to stick to this water fast ! I have to since christmas is on its way and iam no way near my goal weight !
I havent lost/gained any weight since my last post !
So am going to make sure this time i update daily :) ! Im really buzzing because this time i have researched a lot ! and i cant weight for the weight to fall off !
And Yeah Today is my first day , its going pretty well however i do have the occasional headache and i had to rest and also a lot of hunger pains which i got rid of by squeezing my body into a ball (sorry if iam not making sense).
I think iam going to go know since iam talking wayy too much ! i think i might update later in the night , if i have time that is : ) xoxo Jess
