Another restless night and vomiting during the day. Oh yay! I just love this water fast!

I haven't been doing much as I feel achy/odd/sick most of the time. I have narrowed it down to the mucus drainage and bile in my stomach. When I got sick earlier in the day, it was foamy (mucus) and yellow (bile). My stomach felt soooooOooo much better after that. But it was only temporary. I am worried about vomiting too much, as that will deplete my electrolytes, specially sense I have only been drinking water. My potassium got low last year, when I had stopped drink soda, and sugar high juices, and then I got sick and vomited for two days. My doctor asked me if I was on some diuretic or something. I just told him I have only been drinking water, and sometimes a little glass of juice, as I am cutting down on drinking so many sugar laden drinks. He said by vomiting for two days ( I had the flu) I washed out a lot of my electrolytes out of my body and it was causing the numbness in my arms. So if I start feeling numbness in my arms, I will buy some pedialite and drink a little bit of it, as I don't want to put my health in jeopardy.

My energy wanes here and there. It is weird. I have so much energy that I can't stop moving and other times, I am so very tired, I just want to die.

I have notice that my arms are thinning out. My watch can spin around on my wrist and move up and down like two inches. I checked my legs, they are becoming more defined. My hip area and the pouch area on my stomach as hasn't done much, but I am patient to watch it go away. I read that once fat cells shrink, you must be very careful how you eat, other wise the fat cells it grow again and even get bigger. I also read that controlling how your body stores fat is how you balance your glucose level in your body. If you eat healthy, natural glucose, then it will stay pretty much level and you body doesn't get the signal to store fat, but if you eat a lot of high sugar foods, you body automatic goes in fat storing mode, and that is why people gain weight so easily when they eat a poor diet. I can't wait to put this in process and affect in my life. I am so excited about learning so much on how I should be eating and not be eating. Things that I have been reading, where never taught to me so I never knew, but I was reading, researching and hunting on how to eat healthier, then I have been. The Internet is a store house of wonderful sources of knowledge. :o)

Oh, I forgot to mention yesterday that I did so me exercises. I did some very low impact abdominal crunches, some leg lifts and some pelvic tilts. I did 25 of each. It wasn't easy, but I pushed myself a little bit, which I am very proud of, as I wasn't feeling very good, but I felt it might make me feel better. I am going to try to do a couple everyday if possible, depending on well I am feeling.

My sense of smell is really nauseating me a lot too. It comes mostly from people, which sometimes makes me want to gag. I really hate that is well. I sometimes which my one sinus was clogged up again, so my sense of smell was not as acute. I do have to say that walking in the grocery store (to buy spring water and bottled water) is a feast of wonderful smells, specially the fruits and sometimes the breads. It is a wonderland of smells, which a feast in itself. LOL

WEIGHT: 135 pounds.
