This issue is extremely important to our Nations Health and it is either not being addressed or is only being addressed by the wrong people. Our country was founded by the people and those who owned small mom and pop family run businesses. These are exactly the same type of businesses which the food giants, with the help of their puppets in governmental regulatory positions, are successfully putting out of business.
Pretty soon (we are almost there) every food and nutritional supplement producer who is not huge enough to have the financial means to meet all their new regulations, will be forced to close their doors and go bankrupt. I have already spoken with the owners of many such business.
With the farcical front of “food safety”, regulations have been put in force (and continue to be re-written and strengthened) which cannot possibly be carried out by the small business farmer/seller/manufacturer. The public is being snowed with scare tactics about contaminated foods when in fact, these contaminated foods almost always come from these exact same large commercial farming conglomerates. They get the legislators to pass regulations which put their small competitors out of business, and then they themselves circumvent the regulations, or simply pay occasional fines while continuing the filthy farming practices which caused the original outbreaks.
Our once great nation has now come to the point that a huge dairy can raise milk cows in such filthy conditions that their products MUST be pasteurized to protect us. The small local grass fed open air dairy, with zero disease producing pathogens in their products and no need whatsoever to greatly reduce the value of their milk by pasteurizing it, gets improperly held to the same standards and is run out of business or prevented from selling their far superior and healthier product. The house wife or family entrepreneur, who begins to make fresh healthy pickles in brine, and NOT pasteurized which kills the healthy bacteria they supply, cannot afford to meet the packaging and labeling standards that were put in force to protect us from the huge companies which care only about profit and not our health.
Our societies health keeps going in the wrong direction as billions of dollars are poured into the never ending pit of “medical” research to cure PREVENTABLE disease. We lose. Big business wins, and all is well (NOT) with our country.

(Rock Your Soul Opera Act 4). We will also celebrate
our new governor of California. We will be four days
four days after the election.
We are going to keep the winner a surprise
although Keep The Beet has already determined
the outcome.
