I must admit i failed

I let reason creep into my head

I gave in. I broke my 60 day water fast and gave in and ate because i am mentally weak. My mind wasent totally made up. I guess i let reason creep into my head. Moderation is the key to success in life. Right now i am trying a restricted calorie diet.
