I am starting my water fast today
Day 1 My weight is 260 pounds
Date: 11/30/2008 10:27:54 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 3684 times Today is day 1, my weight is 260 pounds, my goal is 200 pounds. I will water fast for as long as it takes to get down to 200 pounds. This means I am not consuming a single calorie until my weight is where I think it needs to be. I set the goal at 200 pounds because I believe that is around where I need to be. I am 23 years old and have an active life and believe that this water fast will slow me down alittle but overall I will feel much better getting all this weight off. I agree with everyone that says I should just start eating healthy well balanced portion controlled meals right now and that would fix the problem because eventually that is what i'll have to do, but for me this is what I want to do so this is what I'm doing. I have done plenty of research on this and basically my body will starting burning pure fat for energy and that is the fastest way to lose weight. I'll check back later, bye. Eventually i'll post some pictures of before and after if anyone is interested to see how I am doing.
