Members of Congress are official trustees presiding over the greatest reorganization of any Bankrupt entity in world history, the U.S. Government.
We are setting forth hopefully, a blueprint for our future.
There are some who say it is a
coroner's report that will lead to our demise.
It is an established fact
that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act,
March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719;
declared by President Roosevelt,
being bankrupt and insolvent.
H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m (sic) session June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only."

If what James Traficant, Jr. spoke for the United States Congressional Record is the undisputed truth then what Lawful standing does any Act of Congress have within any state Republic? What Lawful authority can the United States have when it's "Sovereign Authority" has been " dissolved"?
Sovereignty is Retained By the States (and By The People, Both collectively and Individually):
"Under the Articles of Confederation, which preceded the Constitution as the foundational document and framework of organization of the United States, stated categorically in Article II, 'Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence.' Nowhere in the Constitution is this retention of inherent sovereignty surrendered. The so-called sovereignty clause found in Article Six of the Constitution obviously gives precedence to the laws and treaties made by the Federal government it does not however expressly say anywhere in the document that the States surrendered or forfeited their inherent sovereignty. If it had it never would’ve been ratified. As expressly stated in the 10th Amendment neither the States nor the people surrendered their sovereignty to the Federal Government they delegated it. There is a difference between these two actions. To surrender is to give entirely and irrevocably to another while delegation is a temporary action based upon continued agreement between the parties involved."
