She is scared to get out of the truck.
She is calling me for help
to get out of the truck.
She is on the street.
She says she has to do this...
She is ny between the ships--

I just got off the phone with Kerry Echo
on a day I have felt panicky.
The foundation of the house is in question.
It is in question because the foundation
within me is unsettled. I am not making
good decisions. I am skipping important
steps, based on discomfort. I am not summoning
the strength in this moment to take the
action steps that are necessary to get
across Summer Shift 2010.
Kerry Echo has her head on straight
in moments when she knows what to do.
She has been waiting for calls about
a job that she might get. She is out of money.
I have not heard from her in a few days.
She had nothing to say.
She was doing her best to get her head
on straight.
My head is not on straight now.
I am feeling panicky in moments.
I am feeling in terror and unnerved.
The think I do best to regain my composure
in times like these is write--blog.
I need to blog about what is bothering me.
I need to blog to get to the bottom of the
crack inside me now.
I know my soul is buried at the bottom of
the crack. If I can keep my fingers moving,
I can see clear again.
I need to take some action around the house
if I want to save this place.

CLEANING UP MY ROOM
I got a jump start Sunday from Kerry Echo,
one of the emerging U.S. class of college graduates
from esteemed schools such as the University of Chicago
who find themselves looking for safe havens
to bed themselves down each night.
Kerry Echo came to my rescue Sunday afternoon.
I paid her a mere $10.00 an hour for three hours work
to help me get my mind back.
Her help, cleaning up my room,
helped me get to the point where I
can at least see my notebooks
that I need to weed and organize.
For more than six months now,
I have been in total shock about how the U.S.
is growing as a nation.
I have not been paying attention to
my own cleanup.
She helped me...

Late June 2010 - The Heart of the Cardinal T-Square
This period is marked by Gemini squares to Saturn in late Virgo moving into squares to Jupiter and Uranus in early Aries. The squares to Saturn are waning, or "upper" squares, showing the culmination point to our Saturn in Virgo lessons.
It most affects those with planets in late Pisces, late Gemini, late Virgo, and late Sagittarius. These should not be regarded as challenges, but as opportunities to bring old fears, limitations, obligations, and duties to rest. It's also where we demonstrate the skills we've trained for during the Saturn in Virgo era now passing.

This could be considered a crisis of new beginnings, where we reorient toward the new energies already coming to fore via the Aries planets.

This most affects those with planets in early Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn. These emergent squares should produce some forms of "seed awareness" as the oppositions to Pluto in Capricorn become partile (exact). All of this is happening over the next week, so be aware of what is beginning to move, what is repolarizing, what requires elimination, and what is crashing.
This time is particularly important in us learning a new perspective, a new sense of proportion, and a new rhythm of anchoring the ideal we were shown between November 2009 and March 2010. This is the point when we find a new balance or new way to orient toward our new archetype of being.
This period will bring new mobilization of emotional energies to release "karmic adjustments" that will acquire form in August and September. Those forms are the structures for all that will cut loose in 2011.
As Cancer is "active defense," see what needs nurture and/or protecting with an eye to the future. Secure what you need while eliminating old structures that no longer serve that future. Mobilize, assert, activate while curbing recklessness.
Act on behalf of your family, your tribe, your sources of supply, and enjoy the transition from the Saturn in Virgo era to the threshold of the coming Saturn in Libra era. These squares and oppositions from Cancer offer us the opportunity to demonstrate what we glimpsed back when Saturn was in Libra, and by how we demonstrate that energy we use our feelings to anchor the future patterns. The future is coming faster than we suspect.

How I Became Homeless, Part II
Some of my blog followers were displeased with my last post because it questioned a few of the usually unquestionable, foundational Judeo-Christian notions of our Western world. The pillars among them -- hope, faith, and love ---the objects of my philippic, begged for a response because of the obvious heresy; and I was inviting it, even though I admit I was also making an attempt at wry humor. Still, my anfractuous life and bouts of pessimism leave me no alternative but to question everything, including what we consider to be the most sacrosanct of our heritage.
We seem to be at the ultimate cultural nadir represented so utterly and graphically by the Deepwater Horizon explosion and oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico. Our weak social, political, and economic underpinnings are showing and presenting us with the most critical challenge we have ever faced in Western history, which is to change the paradigm or die. Personally, I do not believe we will change, at least, not in time; and time is not only of the essence, but an unrecognized commodity of the first order that the cultural powers have chosen to ignore.
