Tuboc Music Festival....2009
RIki Newell was part of the Tuboc
Arts Festival, another event in
Tuboc South Arizona. He was
severely injured in a fall
and had to be airlifted out.
He is still in recovery.
We are going to collaborate on a project.
He told me today he fell off the stage
at the Tuboc Musical Festival

TUBAC ARTS FESTIVAL
About the Festival:
The Tubac Festival of the Arts is Arizona's longest-
running arts festival. Year Round, the town of Tubac
has a rich history dating back to the 1700's,
and a vibrant arts community that visitors can explore.
At the festival you will find street vendors, folk dance, music,
as well as fine art and just-plain-fun art. Horse-drawn trolleys
and wagons are available to shuttle
people around the historic village.
My friend Riki Newell fell while setting up
for the Tubac Festival of the arts in 2008.
He was really hurt.
I just got off the phone with RIki Newell
He is still feeling repercussions of the fall
that impacts his energy on certain days.
We are going to collaborate on an unlisted
Youtube that I would like to turn into a piece
we can offer up for donations to help
with his recovery and Summer Shift 2010 work
here at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community.
In searching out information
about the Tuboc Arts Festival,
I came upon this TUboc Music Festival.
It reminds me of the Whole Being Weekend
in some ways.
