Juice / Water Fast - Day Three

Today is already feeling like much less of a struggle than days one and two - yay!! I was really disappointed when I got on the scales this morning.. but as long as the numbers keep going down that's all that matters.
On a non-weight issue - my skin feels great?! So soft, I cant believe it. Also I'm feeling pretty energized this morning, woke up at 5.45am!
Thinking of doing a salt water flush tomorrow morning. Fun fun.

Oh, and I can not stop thinking about food. Foooooood!!!
