Juice / Water Fast - Day One (again)
Here we go again..
Date: 5/23/2010 10:17:19 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 2609 times So once again I'm at day one.. last time I tried to fast I made it to day six and failed! Haha. So here we go for round two!!
I've let my weight creep up again, which is just horrible! Scales are the enemy, mirrors are the enemy, clothes are the enemy. Time to turn that around for good! I'm not spending one more day feeling bad about myself. :)
I'll be trying to keep away from the juice as much as possible, making this more of a water fast (for quicker results, I hope). Each day will probably look something like this:
Breakfast: half cup of fresh juice (this morning I had apple)
Mid-morning: green tea
Lunch: half cup of fresh juice or just a tea - depending on how I'm feeling
Afternoon: green tea
Dinner: cup of fresh juice
And of course, a whole lot of water!
START WEIGHT: 65kg (144 lbs) - booooooo.
GOAL WEIGHT: Somewhere around 55kg - 57kg would be nice, however when I'm around that weight range I'll see how I feel as I can't remember being under 60kg.
