Started my spring fast today. I am planning to go at least 14 days but I usually let my body determine when I stop. Had the usual headache today and lack of energy but thats to be expected. My stomach growled all day and had the empty gut feeling I'll have at least until Wed and probably Thurs. Normally I have a headache and little energy for the first 4 days or so then its smooth sailing although each and every fast seems to be different. I feel really good about this one so there should be relatively few hang ups I expect. I hope there are a few of us starting together. Good luck to all!
