Master Cleanse D4
another day
Date: 3/13/2010 1:11:47 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 1508 times I am not cold for some odd reason. Every other MC that I've done has found me shivering and chilly all of the time. I've had a moment here and a moment there of coldness, but nothing outside of the norm. No hunger aside from the once-in-a-while Pavlovian response when I smell food (a wee tummy growl).
My tongue is gross, white and coated as though I'd been on some wild coffee-powered binge. This seems to happen early on for me and then clears a bit. Weird taste in my mouth. Lots of energy in spite of no caffeine. Different energy, not jittery and more even keeled throughout the day. I've slept well but not exactly like I have in Master Cleanses past. A certain low-key euphoria abounds and my mood stays up, up, up.
Downside is I will not be able to go 21 days unless the weight loss slows down. I got on the scale this morning just to check and I am down 6.5 lbs in 3 days. Thinking it will slow down which would be great (I've added some maple syrup to help that along). Pretty sure I'll go 14 days which means I will have the 23rd be my last day.
It's a gorgeous day here today albeit a bit windy. Think I will take a walk in the sunshine.
