Epsom salts are no taste treat

J and I did an easy to do liver flush last year but I no longer have the info about how to do it. Something with magnesium. Something without epsom salts. I am positive that I will never use epsom salts internally ever again.
But. I did have a successful flush although I didn't think it would be at first. 8 am was my last epsom/apple juice "delight" and I am trying to feel settled enough to take a shower, if you catch my drift. Certainly won't regale you with every last detail, but suffice it to say that there were plenty of stones and chaff (sp?). And, I feel calm and anxiety free, which is something I always experience with a liver cleanse but manage to forget.
As mentioned earlier in this blog, next Saturday will start my Master Cleanse adventure and I am looking forward to it. Never a fan of the first 2 days and the 7th and 8th day can be an issue too, but the rest of it is a smoooooooth ride of unparallelled clarity of mind and spirit. I have some areas of my life that I need to think about and the MC will certainly help with that. Specifically, work. More specifically, do I still enjoy what I do and is the daily dose of toxic stress and pressure surmountable or just plain stupid. Ahhhh, time will tell. I've made some of my best decisions on the cleanse.
And, lucky me, I happen to love the taste of the drink (spices are a good match for me). Hey, it's almost spring, the iconic symbol of rebirth and fresh starts! What better time to do a cleanse!? J might do the cleanse with me and might not. I did my first cleanse years ago and cooked for him throughout and it didn't phase me. Times change. I've let him know that he is on his own!
I just need to figure out how I am going to eat afterward (not just to break the cleanse, but in general). I've stopped eating red meat and chicken, dairy, coffee, gluten. Is there anything left? Ha. I do love fish so much and steamed veggies, roasted veggies, wilted greens, salads with arugula and olive oil and sea salt and wakame. I love apples and berries and coconut milk, wild rice (is this a grain or ??), avocados, raw nuts. So, sounds like that's the plan.
A lazy day here which is lovely. Miss Type A finally finds her foothold in the world of kicking back. Ahhhhh!
