Specifying the course! (the essentials)
A lot of different things.

Though specific achievements, even small ones can get you into the cycle of improvement, and strengthening of virtues.
I have gained a very important virtue this past year and a half, a proven virtue, that is not just some fuzzy concept, but it can be applied to almost any activity. It is called: patience!
Immediate results are still desirable, but there is no reason to hurry. Things can be planned and organized, and results can be achieved more efficiently if you just calm down and organize your thoughts first, and then write down a plan.
In high school I learned to get into an encompassing state where every secound is precious. And where no improductive activities were allowed.
This extreme and un-holistic philosophy was also part of my fall into depression, by neglecting and abolishing other important things.
Now I will learn to get into a similar state. But this time my thoughts will be a lot more organized, where I truly focus on what's essential at all times.
For instance back then I even looked down on planning, and I threw myself into problems far above my current level (I was very proud and arrogant). I didn't lack the potential to understand that, but I was so busy and focused at my projects only. Thinking back, I think it's a wonder I was so productive.
Self- love and confidence is one of the virtues I will be reinforcing, but this time it will of course not blind me.
And as I said, I will devote myself to meditation most of the day, to create my new powerful mindset. Not a meditation of reflection, it will more be like conditioning my mind. I understand my mind well enough to do this now, and I think all the parts are ready for action!
The brain is a gigantic beautiful network of micro-parts, that can organize itself increadibly well if you just give it everything it needs (love and patience being high on the list).
I won't be forcing anything on, I will just push it a little in te direction I want, visualize my goals, and delve into it, probe it a bit, bring forth the good qualities from the depths, devote myself to the virtues in me, and let the darkness fade away.
So many people become angry at themselves for not achieving the results they want, this is idiotic, it's only harmful, and brings forth negative qualities.
To love your great brain with it's infinite potential is the way to go. You may be lost, stuck in bad habits, having impulsive desires, and hate yourself, no matter what -- your brain's great potential is still there, waiting for you to use it and love it.
Specifics:
I'm not throwning myself into some powerful detox diet that I can't handle. My new diet is just the next step to what I have been doing for a long time.
It's a feeling I have that combining coffee and juice fasting can be a pleasant and really fun experience (I'm looking forward to tomorrow).
Coffee has never really done anything great for me, but it kept me going in high school, while having a constant powerful motivation.
These first few days I will be boosting my mind with coffee in the mornings, and then green tea, or Yerba Mate with a lot of cayenne pepper (this is a great drink for your (my) health!).
You may also combine cayenne with green tea, works really good too I think. But not as fitting taste-wise.
ACV is already causing some detox after just 10 days or something, I can't disceribly feel it, but evidently some old fecal matter, has been expelled in the form of darker and darker feces. It's no wonder it's dark, considering how much Coke I have been drinking in my teenage years. This has also happened while fasting before. I must remember to take an enema and Husk shells at least every other day! (always important while detoxing).
Just drinking raw unfiltered ACV is so simple, yet effective!
Something like a sinus curve within a lower frequency sinus curve of detox intensity is what I'm going for. Like having an intense detox day within a week of intense detox. If you just continue to increase the detox without following a similar pattern, you will fail, if you don't have a will of steel, that is, and the ultimate method (if there is such a thing!).
And I even think that it wouldn't be any more effective to go more and more into fasting and detox, there are so many reasons for this, one being that fiber helps the intestinal bacteria and moves things along.
There is a lot to remember, so I will be compiling a mind map of all the categories and specifics for reaching a great health. I already did so on paper before, I lost it, and it was far from complete.
When I have the complete mind map to health, well, then I can just focus at reaching the skies!
This will be an intense period of awakening for me, and then I will never fall back! I will be complete, and I can continue to improve, not neglecting any important virtues.
