Made it through another day
brilliant!
Date: 2/10/2010 7:46:33 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 1235 times Oof, what an odd 24 hours it's been. A lot of emotional stuff has come up on the heels of a tremendous fight with my Mother. And, it's draining. I slept poorly last night, fitful sleep rife with anxiety as well as a boyfriend who seems to snore regardless of his sleep position and in spite of repeated soft kicks to his calves.
Still, I awakened with (drum roll, please!) a temp of 98.2 and within a half hour it was 98.6. Ta-frikkin-da! I seem to be semi fatigued until the adrenal pills kick in and then tired again when it's time for round two on said pills. So, one wonders, is it thyroid or adrenal or what. It's likely the whole ovarian-adrenal-thyroid axis and Rome wasn't built in a day, so just keep on keeping on, baby. I'll keep on with the iodine regardless. I just feel strongly that it's a HUGELY positive addition to my health.
Weight is still lousy (144) but I also started my cycle (yeh, yeh, more than you wanted to know!) today. Seems like an easy one so far with no cramps or issues. I did have a wee bit of emotional PMS over the past weekend. The Super Bowl was on in the background and one of the ads made me weepy. Sappy girl at times. It's cool.
Ok, off for dinner.
