Didnt get a chance to post yesterday :( and was invited out to dinner last night (and kind of went for it :( and ate all the things I wasnt supposed to :( and in that have gained 2 lbs :(

Am back on it today, have been invited out again this evening, but am determind to stick to water (the scales give you a real reality check, lol)

Will check in again this evening.

Weight: 11.02 (156 lbs)
