Day 11
Bit of a low day but i will pull thru!
Date: 1/15/2010 12:49:29 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 2555 times Yesterday was such a great day but today i am a little low. i am missing food, not so much hungry, just missing it. i will increase juices to overcome. its also friday and as i have said numerous times i find weekends difficult. but its only 4 weekends that i refrain from our usual festivites so i have to remember that. that and how good i will feel on monday! i have slight detox today, pain in neck and shoulders. my tongue is whiter than normal too, i took oxypowder last night which has resulted in quite a few bm;s os maybe i am just moving some stuff out - which is always good. i am craving australian bread, particularly a fresh vegemite sandwhich...mmmm i went to the gym last night which was really good for me. i thought i would feel really out of place due to the increase in weight and decrease in fitness. but i didnt feel it at all, so i am lookign forward to going more often. i will run today, i am hoping to run the whole 4 miles. a long way from the six i use to do but you got to start somewhere. i slept awful last night, i have got into my bad habit of not being able to sleep until really late and then finding it difficult to get up in the morning. i will add this to my things to do next week, i will just make myself get up early so i will be tired at night.
i am still mostly mc lemonade and water during the day and apple and orange juice for dinner at night, and herbal tea to sip on. it is working for me at the moment. i have few things i want to get done this weekend so hopefully that will keep me busy and not think too much about food!
