Hi there. I have been reading your blog from 2006 when you did the juice fast. I am mentally preparing myself this whole week, I start my fast on Saturday. It is my first time fasting and am really excited and determined. I am going at it alone and don't know at all what to expect.
I have a question. What is MC Lemonade? Also this no pooping thing is kinda freaking me out. What did you do about that?
I wanted to talk with someone who has done a juice fast before, I'm sort of going in it blind. I have done a lot of reading on it, and pretty much know what to expect, but still a little grey in some areas.
