Research studies have consistently agreed that people go on diets and lose weight initially, only to eventually return to their original weight levels. - Nobody tries to learn healthy delicious cooking; one will always eat fried pooris and samosas, anybody eaten a baked samosa!
- Emotional eating is something we all fall prey to. This can only be beaten by a consistent effort towards changing ones ordinary lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle.
- Training young is important to make it easy for the next generation to be liberated from all diets..
