DAY 3 Water Fast!

Today I will make sure I drink enough!

This morning I weigh..............

108.9kg /240lbs!! wooo-hoooo!!!

I went to bed with a slight headache because I didnt drink enough yesterday and this morning I wokeup with a dry mouth..Today I will make sure I drink enough.. probably more than 2 litres
