Day 1 water fast
Day 1 wooo-hooo!!
Date: 7/29/2009 3:14:51 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1712 times Ok.. I've been awake for two hours now.. still feeling really excited about doing this fast. I've already had some sips of water.
I'm staying at a friends house.. and she doesn't have any weighing scales :-/ so I might have to go to a store to weigh myself.. not sure.
Anyway, my weight yesterday was....(get ready for it)...............................................................................................................................................................................
110kg /242lbs which is faaaaaaaaar too much.
I am a 23 year old woman and I am about 5 feet 6 inches tall / 167cm
I need to sort this out!!
This will also be an ultimate spiritual practise for me as I realise there will be a lot of thoughts and emotions coming to the surface.
