first day water fast. thoughts and feelings

Ok.. I have decided to water fast. Basically, I am addicted to food and I need to sort this out.I have been eating so much junk food over the years and I want to give my body a chance to breathe and heal itself so that I will start afresh! I do not know how long this fast will be as yet since it will be my first.. I will go with my intuition. I have done a few days of juice fasting recently and raw food days.. which is what I eventually want to "convert" to!

I'm going to bed now. I'll write another blog tommorow morning!
