I have lost....
Wooo-hooo weight loss!!

I weighed myself at the store and I was shocked!! I got my scales from home and I weigh the same on them too!! so its true!! :-)
Today has been really busy and I havent drunk a lot of water.. so Ive had some mild pain in my head.. kinda like a headache.. but bearable.. as soon as I drank some water it was fine! but whilst I was out.. I drank just little little sips.. otherwise I am running STRAIGHT to the toilet.. which I cant really do if I have to sit on an underground train for an hour!!
Its funny.. today I had random thoughts like.."hang on.. you haven't eaten!" but I just ignored them..
It crazy too because I haven't really had any hunger pangs or cravings!! I think my body is welcoming the break!
I think I will continue tommorow too! Gonna see how I feel
