The real purpose of your mind; is the fact that it is actual seat of your "Spirit" while in this body!  Your mind temporary resides within your brain while in your earthly body...  This serves as the earthly existence of " yourself " ; thus it is very important to have both control and boundaries set in your mind...

  This is where many people get into deep physiological and mental duress by engaging in various forms of undisciplined thought patterns...  In this vast world with so many tempting avenues of thought it is easy to become engrossed in systems that will distract and even poison your mind!  Here is where we must learn to limit; then to set boundaries of the thoughts we allow...   In other words take every thought captive!  Have it conform to the right chain of thought...

 If you can not learn to control your Mind in this earthly body; Oh vain person how will you ever come to control your "Spiritual" existence in the Eternity to come? If you fail to control your mental processes then your existence in the Eternity to come will be a waste!

 It is all about who do you learn to trust, then how much discipline or effort you learn to exert!

Our very existence on this earth stems from our perception and interaction of our mind while in this body!  a True-ism

Historical Note :  The mind of man!

 
 "The meddling mind of man has created or contributed to most if not all the grief in history!"  a True-ism

 How can this be?  Well if we all look back and really search our past; it is obvious to the keen viewer, that almost all of mankind's decisions have brought strife and envy or some form of destruction based upon our base thoughts!

  ** Before you get all bent of of shape let's look at some obvious situations...  Under the mind of man alone, we have succeeded in allowing greed and selfish actions to either cloud or alter our judgment...  Such things are usually justified in our mind then carried out as new policy or needed action...   The result has been but limited to such as: thief, slavery, war, consternation, falsehood, down to the almost total seeking of pleasure!

 We must ask was this the original plan of God for mankind?    I believe you know the answer!
