Improving Diarrhea--Remedies to Use
Checking in with myself.
Remedies and Disciples for the Diarrhea I have been having
are important. The FM is today.

I better pay attention to these valuable days,
if I want to make the most of this month.
I only have so many days for
THE GREAT EARTH CLEAN UP.
I have been extremely absorbed in a crisis--
our NATIONAL FOOD EMERGENCY.
I do not believe that bills such as
FSEA #HR2749 would be having such an incredible chance
of taking away our health Freedoms now
if people knew how to eat.
There is a massive need for education.
Yesterday--a number of days of this week
have been a wash for me.
I have been addicted to helping.
I have written numbers of extensive blogs
the last ten days on the a petition drive.
I have also been connecting the dots through
studies of various videos on the web.
I am very frustrated about the progress I am making
in my room.
I am very frustrated by the state of my health.
The things that need to be done to secure the foundation
of the house are near insurmountable for many points of view.
I am in shock feeling my energy levels.
I realize that there is a supplement I am taking
that definitely gives me an energy boost.
I take it when I want to rev up my "engine."
Without STAY ACTIV I am very tired.
Tired in my natural state right now,
or so it appears.
That else can I do for my diarrhea?
It has been going on for more than ten months,
this time around. It is related to my immune
system I sense, an aspect of Anglyosin Spondylitis,
the arthritis condition I have had much of my adult life.
IBS is likely noted as being connected with
AS.
I have felt like 'throwing in the towel" many days.
I do this my eating what I want to eat, even though
eating like this will increase the diarrhea.
There is a definite connection between eating
fruit and increasing the diarrhea.
I am tired now.
I have the FM this morning.
I want to get signatures for the petition drive,
and build up my FRIEND OF THE FARM list.
I want to take contributions to help with hiring
another housemate to help with the input of names.
Maybe some volunteers will help.
Should I continue the Wed night classes?
MATT SABLOVE will be out of town for a month.
It takes a lot of energy of each week to gear up for
this class. I have not really been preparing too much.
I would need an assistant to help with marketing.
Continuing the work of DR BERNARD JENSEN is very
important in these times. It is one of the greatest
sources of food information.
I better make some progress in my room
if I want to go beyond this frustration.
I have record keeping to do before the end of the month.
