How Am I doing?
I am been absorbed this week in what I see
as threats to local farming, trickling down from
the minds of Multi-National Rule and Reg Makers.
I could be taking better care of myself.

Had an important phone counseling session
with DR. JUDITH LARKIN RENO,
my dear friend of many years.
She has keen insights.
We talked about the work I have been doing this week.
I have been felt personally involved with the move to
push H.R. 875 and S. 425 through the Congress.
A big part of my community is my relationship
with local organic farmers.
I got a red alert email a number of days ago that
said these bills would shift the face of local farming.
They would create all kinds of restrictions and new
Rules and Regs. On the surface, the bill has support
because it addresses issues of Food Safety.
It does not address the underlying issues that the more
important path to authentic Food Safety is decentralize
our food supply and have it grown by farmers who love the earth
and have personal relationship with the people who those
seeds they are feeding through the food they are growing.
We are all seeds. We are one with all seeds.
Seeds are a very deep universal spiritual metaphor.
Seeds represent the Soul of things, the essence.
I have done a lot of writing about the spiritual nature
of seeds, as well as the deep need to reconnect with ourselves
as growers of our own food.
I went into shock yesterday.
I went into self loathing.
My shock came from realizing that very few of us
that I know have been exposed to Health Teachings
that are as connected as DR. BERNARD JENSEN taught health.
The word "Health" he would say came from the root of the
word "Whole." All the things he did to bring people back alive
had to do with inspiring them to be more whole through
reconnection with everything that is whole, pure, and natural.
Fresh was a keyword. Local was as local as you can get,
the best being in our own backyard.
I passed a sign yesterday on the way to pick up a misplaced
Disability placard for the EG Mobile. The sign said
something like "I AM Healthy Again." It was there
promoting a nearby hospital, maybe Scripts, one
of our good hospitals.
There is a trend out here to look at Integrative Medicine,
but the standard for hospitals is of course, Pharma.
I was listening to a man from the FDA in an excerpt
of the film WE BECOME SILENT. This is must viewing.

In one scene the man from the FDA is talking up
the soundness of using Big Pharma drugs as
something people can count on. He then talks about
the unscientific nature of supplements. It is a classic
scene for understanding where the FDA, as far as I can see,
stands. This week, our President appointed a new
food Czar to lord over/with the FDA. it is a man
who came up from MONSANTO and will likely go
back to MONSANTO when he does the work he can
do to guide our national policy.
Our national policy, inspite of small efforts is definitely,
as far as I can see, in the hands of those going the
GMO route.
THere are forces in the world who want GMO's,
and they have the ear of our President, as well as
the ear of most heads of state of places like the EU,
the European Union. Please tell me I am wrong,
and show me I am wrong. I want to believe you.
This does not see to be the case according to
what I have been studying for the last week.
Their are Whistleblowers in the world who
have been deeply studying the activiities
of the multi-national body called the
CODEX ALIMENTARIUS. This is a group
that meets numbers of times of the year
and has been doing so since 1962.
Both SCOTT TIPS, president of the NATIONAL HEALTH FEDERATION
and DR RIMA LAIBOW MD have been closely
wathdogging the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
I joined a FACEBOOK Group that is keying in on their
activities as well.
I listened to Scott Tips being interviewed where he describes
being in the meetings. There is a tremendous disrespect
for supplements. They are making all kinds of Rules and Regs
about everything concerning Food. They do not make rules
about BiG PHARMA because as far as I can tell, they are
Big Pharma.
DR RIMA LAIBOW connects the dots in a video made in Germany
here. I highly recommend you listen to this. It begins in German,
so have some patience. It introduces here husband first, a former
military man, and then Dr RIMA speaks.
There is also an excellent word for word transcription of one
of her talks.
Just do some detective work of the blogs I have written in the

HOW AM I DOING? NOT WELL
in A NUMBER OF WAYS
Yesterday, i felt like throwing in the towel.
I have slowed down enough this week to take on
some of my physical mess.
My body is needs a lot of self love.
I am discouraged that many of the remedies
I have been using for persistent diarrhea are not working.
I am not working them. I am sure some of them
can and have made a difference, but
it has been more than ten months with diarrhea.
I also have increasing discomfort down both of my legs
from sitting too much.
Each day, I use a much of my good energy to write.
Judith was drawing similarities between me and the
Commissioners of Codex.
We are both addicted to our points of view.
I have a spiritual addiction. I feel compelled
to do something about this situation. I am using
up my battery juices. I am exhausted many days
by the end of the day. I hardly had the energy last
night to clean out the crock pot.
Judith spends at least five hours a day taking care of
herself. She takes care of herself because this is the
God thing to do. She works very hard. She appreciates
each day of life. She has found new drugs that are
working to stem the tide of the cancer that she has
had for more than ten years, this time around.
She has been for the most part, housebound, but
is feeling better now than she has in ten years.
Aside from the drugs she uses, She walks at least
on hour every day. She drinks juices. She does colemas.
She endures great pain in order to keep going.
She wants very much to complete putting on 40 years
of Wisdom Teachings, and is making tremendous progress.
Right now, I can feel tingling in my hands.
I better let go of this and go wash the crockpot.
I had beter show some self love through through caring
enough to do more clearing of the papers on my bed.
I want to know what our rep BOB FILNER and HENRY WAXMAN
who signed on to HR 759 have in mind, but
I better take care of myself after I do that.
I also want to put out the writing I did yesterday.
