Started meditating again. I've actually put it on my streaks calendar. Listening to David Wolfe's program on longevity. http://www.longevitynowprogram.com/news/nutrition-and-money/
I ate half a papaya and banana. Right now my mother is sleeping and I could go downstairs and meditate. I get to do these things while she sleeps.

David Wolfe is right. We don't need to concern ourselves with the detritus and negative stuff. Being simple, I've decreased my needs. It's hard to live simple and not drive a car here in the suburban maze called Long Island. I need to ride. Maybe I will go on a bike ride in my next guided meditation.
