Started again...now on day 2!
Here we go again, 20lbs to lose!

Wednesday = 166lbs,
Thursday 165lbs
This morning I'm 164 1/4 lbs (using weight watchers scales!)
Am not completely water fasting - had prepacked grape and melon breakfast - 400g (67% melon, 33% grapes) Kcal = 140, carbs = 34g, fat = 0.4g.
Drinking loads of water, struggling through the rumbling stomach but need to get to at least 158lbs by next Fri...7 days, so that's 6lbs in 7 days. Here's hoping!
Next target = 150lbs by 3rd July.
Next target = 146lbs by 11th July.
