Morning Day 2: First pound lost, now 166lbs!

Day One: 166lbs, first pound lost! Feeling very optomistic today!

Well, I've just woken up. Not at all starving like I expected to be. I was actually so excited, I have the scales sitting at the bottom of my bed. I jumped on and I've lost my first pound...woooohooo!!! So now I'm 166lbs. This is definately the motivation I need!!! I really, really hope this water fast works!!! Strangely enough, I actually feel quite energetic, so I might get up and go for a walk - I know I'll probably end up getting tired and weak later on! Just wondering, how soon after the weight is lost will people notice? Will I lose inches as well as pounds??????

Waist: 33 inch
Hips: 41 inch

Total weight to lose: 27 - 34 lbs.
Target UK Dress Size: 10 - 12
