Day One: 168 lbs. I've done my first day with no food, just 2 glasses of juice! Hoping for results!!!
Date: 5/3/2009 4:51:02 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2407 times Well, here goes. Another day, another diet. I lost 28 lbs two years ago taking me to 146 lbs and a UK size 12. I didn't think it then, but I actually looked great. I wanted to lose more, I was depressed. I starved and starved...followed by binges. I was at the gym most days...then, I gave up. The weight crept on slowly. My boyfriend wanted me to lose more. He never noticed how much I'd actually lost. I ended up at 168lbs. No exercise. No diets. Completely unhappy.
I need a quick start to motivate me and make me feel good about myself again. I'm now a UK size 16. My clothes don't fit. I'm covered in cellulite and my body fat has soared. It is disgusting. I am so inspired by the results on this website, it's one of few places I've found which actually supports personal choices. I know if I binge again, the weight will go on, but this time I'm doing it for me, not for a man!
So day one. 2 glasses of non concentrated fruit juice. I'll drink one bottle (500ml) water before bed.
It's 10.50pm in the UK and I haven't eaten all day. I hope I feel good about it tomorrow. Problem is, I haven't budged from my apartment...hope it's as easy when I start back teaching after the weekend!!!
